2. Return Eligibility and Time Frame
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original packaging
The item must be free from damage, stains, or alterations
The original receipt or order number must be provided
Items marked as final sale or custom orders are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return request, customers must contact our support team by email.

Please include the order number, item details, and the reason for the return request. Our support team will review the request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with further instructions. Return authorization must be obtained before sending any item back.
4. Return Shipping
For items that are damaged or defective, ULM Center will cover the full cost of return shipping.
For returns requested due to change of mind or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Once a return is approved, tracking details will be provided where applicable.
5. Refund Policy
After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Depending on the payment provider, additional processing time of 3 to 5 business days may apply before the funds are reflected in the account.
6. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.
Replacement items will be shipped after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process must be followed.
8. Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must meet the following conditions:

All original accessories, parts, and manuals must be included
Products returned in a non sellable condition may be rejected and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing components, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Fees and Charges
ULM Center does not charge any restocking fees.
